Refunds, Exchanges & Returns Policy

We want you to love your items! We offer returns on all full priced items for store credit only. We also offer exchanges. In order for a store credit or exchange, the following criteria must be met:

– Your return is initiated within two (2) weeks from when you receive your package.

– All items must be returned in its original condition. Worn, washed or unsanitary items will not be accepted. All items must also have the original tags.

(We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the above criteria are not met.)

– We do not accept returns or exchanges on ANY sale items. This includes items purchased with a discount code of 20% or higher. No exceptions.

Warranty Info: We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear, please contact our Customer Service team at or reach us by phone at (415) 524-8384.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.

We will replace items if they are defective at no cost to you. We do not send out products that are damaged or defective. However, it can happen and we apologize. In the case of a damaged item, the carrier will be contacted for resolution. Please be aware that this process could take several days longer to resolve with the carrier.
